REAL MADRID | THE FUTURE OF KARIM BENZEMA IN HIS HANDS

The “kid” has enough pressure on his shoulder to now deal with the rumoured offers being received by his Club. REAL MADRID French International KARIM BENZEMA is said to be on the list of players wished by Italian Club JUVENTUS,English giants  MANCHESTER UNITED, MANCHESTER CITY & now TOTTENHAM HOTSPURS who have 28M€ to invest on the player in the January 2011 “Winter Market”.

The young forward has not lived up to expectations since arriving last season as one of the big signings of Real Madrid. Spanish Club President Florentino Perez travelled personally to France to visit Karim at his house to get the player to sign the contract. However, the magnitude of Real Madrid, the new & strange environment away from his home, the language & the Spanish culture has played a role to “shrink” the profile & performances of Benzema.

This season many are hoping that Coach José Mourinho can find the switch button that helps put back on course Benzema to allow his natural talent to explode. The task is turning out to be a difficult affair as Mourinho is working hard but still has in front a “visibly” lost player who is in an important “crossroad” of his Football career.

Although a transfer looks very unlikely - Real Madrid still has faith in Benzema - some rumours have been filtered to media that the Frenchman has a 2 month deadline to make the jump – playing & attitude wise – or risk the possible “on sale” sign.

Stay tuned. Crucial months ahead for Karim Benzema.

Benzema should have gone to the Premier League when he had the chance. To outsiders it seems pretty obvious that he would never get a regular start for Real Madrid!

Please, please, PLEASE sign him Fergie! I know he won't because he's got Hernandez now, coupled with Berbatov's form (and surely Rooney will get better again...) he;s got enough options there really. Plus with Micky Owen, Bebe and Macheda he's got some young guns waiting in the wings.
