International & Valencia CF striker DAVID VILLA? According to
English media Liverpool FC Coach Rafael Benitez wishes to
make this a reality. The rumour is that Benitez has asked
Liverpool owners to put aside around 50M€ for a possible
offer in the upcoming “Winter Market” &/or for next season.

Although David Villa has always looked unfavourably at changing to
England recent events may convince the Spaniard to make the
move. Both Real Madrid & FC Barcelona have their Nº 9 positions
covered for the next coming years, Villa has recently criticised his
Club Coach Emery for his “conservative” tactics & is aware that
he may go another year without a title. Villa may see Liverpool as
the “last boat” to win titles & allow him to showcase himself on
the World stage. Plus the fact that Torres & Pepe Reina would be
team-mates will help in his adaptation to a new country, language
& culture.
