LUIS FABIANO LEAVES SEVILLA FC FOR BRAZILIAN CLUB SAO PAULO

It was well known the Brazilian International & SEVILLA FC forward LUIS FABIANO thought his time at the Spanish Football Club had come to an end & was planning to leave. What has caught many off guard is the announcement tonight by Brazilian Football Club SAO PAULO that they have secured the services of Luis Fabiano from Sevilla FC for 8M€. The Brazilian player then confirmed the news via his Twitter account that effectively he was leaving the Spanish League Club.

The 30 year old  "O Fabuloso" ( called at Sevilla FC) leaves after 5 seasons, scoring 106 goals & winning six titles with Sevilla . A magnificent service to the Andalucian Club & to Spanish Football with his marvellous goal area prowess & skill. Luis Fabiano returns to the Brazilian Club where he started, he goes back "home".

THE TENSE LUIS FABIANO - SEVILLA FC REALTIONSHIP

Straight from the mouth of Brazilian International & SEVILLA FC forward LUIS FABIANO. The Brazilian renewed contract with his current Club a month back, but the player is spending more time on the bench than on the playing field. This has turned the spirits of the player in a “dark mood” as he wishes more playing time. The Brazilian has even lost his regular place in the Brazilian National Football Team & this is another sore wound that needs healing.


There will be no doubt be a long list of Spanish & European Clubs observing how things develop in coming months, as the January 2011 “Winter Market” may bring news with the Luis Fabiano story. Tweet

SEVILLA FC: MANCHESTER CITY GO AFTER LUIS FABIANO

After telling FC BARCELONA forward SAMUEL ETO ´O that they could
not wait any longer, MANCHESTER CITY is reported - (click here)
via local daily “marca” – to have set its sights on SEVILLA FC
Brazilian International striker LUIS FABIANO. In fact the news is that
the English Club has already contacted the player offering the double
of what AC MILAN is willing to pay the player.

Manchester City is also willing to go much further than AC Milan in the
transfer price by putting on the table 25M€, a figure greater than the
18M€ reported that the Italian Club has offered. All this will make
Sevilla FC happy as a "price war" may occur as AC Milan have said that
Fabiano is there Nº1 objective, now with Man City in the scene the
Italians may lift their initial offer to keep at bay the English.

Another “transfer front” is open & it will certain be generating news
in the coming days.

SEVILLA FC: AC MILAN & MANCHESTER UNITED PUSH FOR LUIS FABIANO

The 29 year old Brazilian & SEVILLA FC player LUIS FABIANO is
considered a Top level Goal scorer in European Football after
demonstrating his class in the recent FIFA Confederations Cup with
the Golden Ball Award. So much so, that after Italian Club AC
MILAN knocked back the economic pretensions of Arsenal Striker
Adebayor, Fabiano is now a priority.

However, there are difficulties that AC Milan need to solve, like
reducing his 30M€ contractual release clause to around 10-15M€,
something that SEVILLA FC will not look at favourably. To add to
the “difficulties” according to “AS”, English Club MANCHESTER
UNITED has entered the scene after Real Madrid “took” their
fancied striker Karim Benzema. Manchester United has cash from
the Cristiano Ronaldo operation & maybe willing to pay directly
the release clause of Luis Fabiano. Remember, Luis Fabiano has

still two more years left with Sevilla Fc & the only way to get the

player without having to negotiate with his Club is to pay to release

clause & have the player agree.

CHELSEA LOOKS AT LUIS FABIANO FOR WINTER

English paper "The Times" has run the news that CHELSEA FC
coach Scolari has solicitated his boss Roman Abramovich that he
bring out the cheque book & make an effort this Winter for Brazilian
International & SEVILLA FC forward LUIS FABIANO

This news has been picked up locally by "As" & they go on to
explain that the serious injury to Didier Drogba has left Chelsea
short up front, a worry that Scolari wishes to cover specially after
the failed Robinho attempt.

The figure being speculated is around 30M€, however Fabiano has
just renewed contract with Sevilla until 2011 & negotiating is going
to be difficult as Fabiano is a vital part of the Sevilla team. For now,
SFS thinks its wisefull thinking from Chelsea´s part & prefers to see
how things shape up in the Winter Transfer market season. Stay

LUIS FABIANO CURRENT SPANISH LEAGUE TOP GOAL SCORER AFTER ROUND 25 / 2008

The International Brazilian & SEVILLA FC forward LUIS FABIANO
( pictured below) is doing what a forward gets paid to do, score goals.
But more than this is the speed & the effectiveness that Fabiano has
demostrated, that currently keeps him as the leading Spanish 1º
Division Top Goalscorer with Round 25 already played.




















The figures are impressive 28 goals so far this season: 19 in La Liga;
7 in Champions Leagues; 1 in the Spanish Cup & 1 Super Cup.
Great numbers that put him on course not only towards the
"Pichichi" ( Sp.League Top scorer) Title but also towards the
European Golden Boot Award. The only player ahead of Fabiano
in European is Manchester Utd star Cristiano Ronaldo with 30
goals.While in Spain the 2º placed goal scorer so far is Zaragoza
forward Diego Milito with 5 goals less at 14.
