SPANISH FOOTBALL LIGA ROUND 29 MONDAY NIGHT GAME RESULT

Last scheduled game of Round 29 of the Spanish Liga played tonight between Almeria & Real Sociedad. The final result 4 - 3 vital win to Almeria in a see-saw match that saw some unfortunate referee decisions that keeps open the "can of worms" in this area, especially after last nights "Clasico".

Clubs like Almeria are basically playing for the Liga life as they are dangerously close to relegating next season. What they don´t need is to play their hearts out to see it all go possibly down the "toilet" because of some unexplained referee decisions (a disallowed goal that was legit, for example). Real Sociedad will also be unhappy with the ref because he called against them 2 penalties that were very doubtful. Luckily to smooth the possible end of match outbreak of harsh criticism from Almeria they managed the winner in the 91st min thanks to Hicham. Real Sociedad will obviously be unhappy & will leave soured from tonight's match.
