News from Spanish daily "Gazeta" reports that Real Madrid & Spanish U-21 International Alvaro Morata forward will be a "Winter Transfer Market" addition for Tottenham Hotspurs. There is a "verbal" agreement & the terms will be strictly "on loan". The English Club has been following Morata for sometime & even wanted to include the player this summer as part of the "Bale Deal".
This way the young promise would get regular playing time so as to not halt his evolution & progression. While giving Tottenham some more upfront firepower something the English Club has been missing this season.
The option of moving to London for sometime may be good for Morata. Apart from broadening his cultural experience he will get more Football time, as the recent "rebirth" of Karim Benzema has put once again a "barrier" for the young promise.
Stay tuned, as this needs confirmation & is still a "verbal agreement". There is still a month left before the "Winter Transfer Window" & anything could happen. An injury to Benzema would, for example, halt all idea of loaning Morata to Tottenham.
