The French Club will return next season to Liga 1 & the Club has Russian multi-millionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev is injecting plenty of cash into the Club. The new owner wishes to put back to "glory days" into Monaco with an aggressive policy ( 200 M€ ) of new star signings. The possible partner up front could be Carlos Tevez of Manchester City.
