Prestigious Financial magazine & source "Forbes" writes the following headline:... "At $3.3 Billion, Real Madrid Knocks Manchester United From Top Spot".
Spanish Football giant Real Madrid is the most valuable Club on the planet according to Forbes with revenues coming from stadium crowds, TV rights, Tours & sponsorship deals. The Spanish Soccer Club overtakes English Club Manchester United in second spot, with FC Barcelona in third position.
In fact Forbes goes further & writes:... "Real Madrid, which posted revenue of $650 million during the 2011-12 season, is worth $3.3 billion, more than any team in the world". That is more than non-Soccer Clubs like New York Yankees ( $2.30b ) & Dallas Cowboys ($2.10b) for example.
