SPANISH SOCCER | LIGA | ROUND 31 MONDAY NIGHT GAME RESULT

Spanish Soccer - Football ended Round 31 with the last match scheduled of Liga tonight between two Clubs that are fighting for their Spanish First Division future. The winner was Real Mallorca 1 - 0 over Celta de Vigo after Giovanni scored in the very last moment to clinch the match & the valuable three points.

Celta is now last on the ladder with 24 points, while Mallorca with this win puts them at 27 points along with Real Zaragoza which makes all three right now relegation candidates.

I remind you that the last three teams in the Spanish First Division classification table drop to the Second Division. The fourth last placed is currently Granada & tonight's victory gives Mallorca hopes of catching them & perhaps thinking about saving themselves. Celta de Vigo on the other hand have a very difficult road ahead & will need a miracle to save themselves.
