SPANISH FOOTBALL LEADING GOAL SCORER 2011

Good moment to give the current list of SPANISH FOOTBALL LEAGUE leading goal scorers. The widget on the side of the blog by our friends at "footbo.com" is obviously wrong & it looks like they are not getting their "shit" together. I am even contemplating removing the widget, I will allow a week more to see if they react.

After 17 Rounds (2011) played of LA LIGA the "El Pichichi" ( term given to the Spanish 1º Division Leading Goal scorer) looks like this:

Lionel Messi (FC Barcelona) 17
Gonzalo Higuaín (Real Madrid) 12
Roberto Soldado (Valencia CF) 11
Falcao (At Madrid) 9


This will obviously change in coming weeks as either Ronaldo or Messi can score Hat-trick at any moment thus continuing on with their "personal battle",  & breaking away from their immediate followers. Other players may enter the list as well, eg Benzema.
