Mallorca created multiple chances which they did not convert into goal & they also kept finding Sevilla goalie Javi Varas who put in another extraordinary performance for his team under the cross-bar.

REAL BETIS stopped their losing streak, but they did not win either, drawing 0 - 0 with MALAGA FC. A fairly "boring match" with Betis playing better & Malaga very grey tonight. Just result.

| Valencia score against Levante |
Local derby with LEVANTE going down 0 - 2 to VALENCIA CF. The scoreline may mislead as it was a fiercely fought out encounter with some very intense moments between both sides. Valencia scored first via an own goal from Levante defender JAVI VENTA in the 31st min & from a TINO COSTA free-kick in the 50th min.
Second defeat for Levante which may suggest that the "Levante bubble" has burst. It was great while it lasted some may say.
