SPANISH FOOTBALL is dominated by REAL MADRID. At least in the economic & financial league according to the prestigious Financial magazine Forbes . The American source published its "TOP 50 World Most Valuable Teams" List for 2011. Although the list highlights Teams from all types of Sports around the globe, a Football Club dominates the list at Number 1, that is English Football Club MANCHESTER UNITED raking in 1.84 Billion US$.

Spanish Football Giant REAL MADRID is placed sixth as the next Football Club with an impressive 1.32 Billion US$ generating cash machine. The list then does see another Football Club until Nº 8 with Arsenal high up & then it hits another Spanish Football giant FC Barcelona which is in the Number 25. There are no more Spanish Clubs after Barça or in the Top 50, which clearly highlights the power of both Real Madrid & FC Barcelona locally & the former on the World Sports stage.
