1. Valencia - Villarreal
2. Barcelona - Athletic Club
3. Córdoba - Deportivo
4. Betis - Getafe
5. Almería - Mallorca
6. Sevilla - Málaga
7. Real Madrid - Levante
8. Atlético de Madrid – Espanyol

FC Barcelona - At Bilbao

The first leg will be the 22nd of December with the return 2º leg the 5th of January 2011.
