SPANISH FOOTBALL - LA LIGA 2009-2010 - ROUND 1 RESULTS

The Spanish "Liga" kick off for 2009-2010 with surprises, goals & the
last match to be played tonight between FC Barcelona - Sporting de
Gijón. While we await that result here is a summary of the other 9
games played this weekend.

On Saturday Real Madrid (Raul, Cristiano Ronaldo (pen) & Lass)
began its campaign with a victory 3-2 over Deportivo (Riki &

Atletico de Madrid received the surprise beating of the Round after
losing 3 ( Baha, Manu, X.Torres) - 0 to Malaga. At.Madrid are the
bottom placed team thanks to the same defensive errors of last
