Russian team ZENIT ST PETERSBURG, but the 24 year old REAL
MADRID player ALVARO NEGREDO is reported to have chosen to
stay in Spain & play in REAL ZARAGOZA. The player currently hasn’t
a secure place in a Real Madrid team full of stars, & has chosen to
look elsewhere to continue playing & evolving.
Its reported Real Madrid will receive > 10M€ for the transfer with
Real maintaining an option of buying back the player if needed in
the future. The contract will initially be for 5 years until 2014 with
a salary of around 2M€/ year , & if everything goes according to
plan the transfer will be official in the next hours or in a day.
Real Zaragoza also wishes the services of another Real Madrid player
defender MIGUEL TORRES, they are currently negotiating.
LATEST from "Marca": Hull City Coach Phil Brown hasn´t lost hope
on Negredo, even though the player is very close to Real Zaragoza.
This may explain the delay in any official announcement as Hull
maybe making a last ditch effort to convince Negrado with the
player "possibly" flying to England to hear their offer.
