MARTA DOMINGUEZ “surprised” most experts to take the WORLD
CHAMPIONS title in the Female 3, 000 m Steeplechase race held
this evening at the Athletic World Championships in Berlin
(Germany).
The 33 year old has been unlucky with injuries at crucial moments
& with bad luck in her long 16 year career, Marta came back into form
this year & culminated her efforts with today’s World title. She
manages to give Spain their only GOLD Medal to date in the Athletic
meeting, plus breaks the Spanish record & puts in the best time
this year. She currently possesses the 3rd Best time in the event
of all time. Well done!
