The answer was NO. Valencia CF President told Villa that in the
sporting area he was a vital piece of the next season project, plus
that the Barça offer was too low. The Catalan team will need to put
on the table an offer of between 50-55M€ in order for Valencia to
begin to consider a transfer.
Difficult situation, as FC Barcelona has a “cash crunch” & it’s only
hope of a monetary injection, the transfer of Samuel Eto´o , doesn’t
look like happening at this point. However, there is still time for
many things to happen & to change.
