offer from CHELSEA FC that halted the signing yesterday of the
agreement to transfer AC MILAN player KAKA to REAL MADRID.
In the last moment, the English team offered 80M€ plus a
12M€/season salary over the 65M€ & 9M€/season of Real Madrid.
HOWEVER, all the sources comment that negotiations continue & that
the signing with Real Madrid could happen at any moment - even
latter today.

What seems clear to everyone is that the player - himself - desires
to play only at Real Madrid & this is a huge advantage. What is
occuring now are tactical & strategical moves that are typical of the
negotiation process. Everyone wishes to get the best possible return
& the levers are being used to squeeze the maximum.
Today things continue & Real Madrid may lift the offer, or add
commissions &/or come to an inter- Club "pact" with Chelsea
to divide up the upcoming transfer market - SEE REASONS IN
THE BELOW POST.
So, at this point, KAKA is more closer to MADRID than anyone else,
but the situation is delicate & tense, Chelsea is not at all excluded
& is a viable option. However, no one sees Kaka at the English Club,
as yet.
