SFS FLASHBACKS: FC BARCELONA FIRST EUROPEAN CUP 1992

FC BARCELONA had a dream & a fierce crusade before 1992, to
conquer their first ever EUROPEAN CUP title. It was an obsession
as it was the trophy that would give them the International
creditablity needed for the giant Club & finally get them out of
the shadow of their arch rival Real Madrid.

In 1992 at the "old" Wembley Stadium in London FC Barcelona
played Italian Club Sampdoria in the European Cup Final. The game
went into extra-time & it looked that things would go into penalties
to decide the winner. Until this happened with just minutes left:
