RUUD VAN NISTELROOY will have his knee operated & will be out
8 months, the need to find a goalscoring substitute is urgent. Real Madrid
must find a "band aid" solution to save the rest of the season.
According to Spanish daily "AS", the player in the frontline & in Real
Madrid´s mind is INTER Argentine 33 year old forward HERNAN
CRESPO. Inter Coach Mourinho does´nt count on the player & the
Italian Club may sell in the January "Winter Market" to recoup on the
Investment. The advantage here, apart from his goalscoring skills, is that
he is elegible to play Champions if he lands in Madrid
However, speculation is growing with other names being
mentioned. Another player elegible for Champions , Argentine
& a proven goalscorer is ex-Zaragoza star & now GENOA player
DIEGO MILITO of 29 years of age. This name is being said along
with Dutchman & AJAX 25 year old forward HUNTELAAR who is
also elegible for Champions as well.
More names being dropped are DIDIER DROGBA (Chelsea) & MARIO
GOMEZ ( Stuttgart), but they have the disadvantage of not qualifying
