Tottenham is beginning to plan for the new 2008-09 season & wish
to count on Kameni to guard the goal, however Kameni is holding off
as the economic negotiations are in a "delicate" situation. The English
club offers 6 M € to Espanyol & an "interesting" offer for the player.
Tottenham has however a Plan B, if the Kameni offer fails they will
