REAL MADRID ARE IN THE 2008 MARKET: HUNTELAAR & COUTINHO

REAL MADRID is like an Elephant in a glass store, lots of noise
& possible damage where it moves, the club generates rumours,

speculations & attracts its competitors in every movement. Said in
another way, they stick out like "dogs balls" in everything they
do.

According to "AS", the Spanish giant is again focusing its sight on
the 24 year old Dutch League current leading goalscorer & AJAX

OF AMSTERDAM forward KLAS JAN HUNTELAAR.

His 27 goals so far has not gone unnoticed & seems to fit the profile
of the up front player Real Madrid looks for to accompany Van Nistelrooy.
However, the player has also grabbed the attention of Chelsea, Milan
& Roma, & his club has put a 35M€ transfer price.

Staying at REAL MADRID, the club is continuing its efforts to sign
young U/16 Brazilian International & VASCO DE GAMA star
COUTINHO.
Real Madrid, as usual, went through the wrong channels & approached
the players family with an attractive offer, when they should have gone

through the club. The threat of Vasco De Gama not getting a share of
the cake, lead them to threat Real Madrid with FIFA, & Real had to
retreat & go through the official channels.
Both are currently in talks & working towards finding a satisfactory

solution, if everything goes right of course. Stay tuned!

Huntelaar is obviously a decent striker but if I were Real I'd be wary of signing a prolific striker from Holland. The only one to prove it elsewhere in the past few years is Van Nistelrooy and quite a few have failed to live up to their reputation. Mateja Kezman was scoring for fun in Holland but really struggled at Chelsea while Dirk Kuyt was prolific too but has been turned into a wide player at Liverpool after struggling to even look like scoring. Afonso Alves hasn't exactly set the Premiership alight since his move to Boro either.
