uniform? Impossible? Yes, we know he has a contract with ARSENAL
until 2014, but the alarms are sounding & the optimisim is lifting at
"Camp Barça" after knowing that Cesc Fabregas has not signned a
renewal offer with Arsenal & the jurisprudence that the "Andy
Webster Case" has put in place.

What is the "Andy Webster Case", see this link for more news.
http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11661_3097055,00.html
In a nutshell (& forgive me , I am not a lawyer), its a legal decision
taken over Scottish & HEARTS player Andy Webster in his battle to
free himself from his contract to sign for Wigan, in which he still had
2 years left. The battle went to FIFA who sentenced a 625,000
pounds compensation.
Debate: how did Fifa come to that figure? Appealed at the Court
Arbitration for Sports (CAS) the sentence was reduced to 150,000
pounds .
Why? That´s the contract salary left to pay the player with 2 years
left at Hearts = JURISPRUDENCE - "new revolution in World
Football"
Summary - if your under 28 years of age, played more than 3 years
at your club, have no contract restriction clause laws ( only Spain has,
therefore this law does not affect here), you can leave your club by
compensating the club the amount of salary left in your contract .
Back to CESC FABREGAS. He has not renewed with Arsenal &
that has put everyone nervious at Arsenal. His contract ends in 2014
& he earns 3.5€/season, if FC BARCELONA ( or any other club) pays
3.5 x 8 years = 28M€, he can leave Arsenal tomorrow! Imagine this
with Cristiano Ronaldo?
Possible solution - introduce contract restriction & payment clauses
like Spain. The new "revolution" in World Football. Tweet
