1º spot in their respective "mini-leagues".
The above foto of DA SILVA scoring in the 2min for STUTTGART
was just a scare. From then on the Barça machine got into gear &
managed to defeat the Germans 3-1.
Young Mexican forward GIOVANI started the ball rolling with Barça´s
1º goal in the 35th min.
The 2º come in the 56th min thanks to SAMUEL ETO´O who is
coming on nicely & regaining the "killer goal" instinct. The 3º &
last goal come from another "crack" RONALDINHO who scored
10 mins later & sentenced the game. Great night at Nou Camp
The other Spanish representative SEVILLA FC defeated SLAVIA
PRAGA 0 - 3 & finished leader of its group to make club history.
In form, & current leading Sp. League goal scorer LUIS FABIANO is
in grace & opened the scoring in the 67th min.
The 2º goal came a min later from a Fabiano pass which KANOUTE
put in the back of the net. The final goal & nail in the coffin came from
DANI ALVES in the 86th min, to put the cherry on the cake. Excellent
win & a real moral booster at that as well for Sevilla. Tweet
