SFS is going this weekend with the family to the countryside free
of Wifi, Adsl & digital connection. SFS will be back late Sunday night
to give a full round up of Round 4 of "La Liga".
Until then, SFS wishes to know readers thoughts on the ongoing &
back again debate: Should Real Madrid Captain RAUL be called
up again to the Spanish National Team?
This is todays front page of "Marca":"...even Maradona calls for Raul"
Does Raul have enough merit for a call up? Is it a media strategy to
stir up things? Whats your thoughts?

Raul is a has been. Better new & younger players.
Great Blog Striker
Villa is good, yes, but I think Torres sucks, Soldado is untested and probably will be a 'could've been' for the rest of his career, Morientes is even older, Luis Garcia erratic, and Bojan not yet of age. There's only one Raul, and Spain needs him.
raul is had been either for spain national team and for real, its time to move on...
Raul is good enough to be included in the squad, and if his form is good enough for Real he should get some mins. The biggest point for me is that Cesc, villa & Iniesta should be the first names on the team sheet. and 2 of those 3 are bench warmers...
Thanks guys!
I would rather he didn't play international football - he needs to keep his strength for his club.
If I was coach I would have him on the bench and play Torres and Villa starting. I would not try to play Raul in anything other than a striker role
