The 1º hurdle was a tough & disciplined Greek AEK ATHENS team,
were Sevilla achieved a grand start with a well earned 2-0 victory
in the 1º leg of the pre-Champions qualifiers.
The goals did not come until the 2 half, with LUIS FABIANO striking
first in the 47min which continued with the dominance of the local team.
So much so, that in the 67th min KANOUTE grabbed the valuable 2º
goal & gave his team a healthy margin for the 2º leg game at Athens.

Overall, a good game from Sevilla, as they look strong & have their
young stars NAVAS, & "new find "CHAPEL, working very well so
early in the season, along with the more experienced players.
