U/19 EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP. SPAIN WIN SEMIS & GOES THROUGH TO THE FINAL

SERGIO ASEJO the U/19 Spanish goalkeeper was the heroe of the
night as he put SPAIN through to the final against GREECE next
Friday.

This gloove & hand stopped 2 penalties in the shoot out with FRANCE
to give Spain the victory ( 4-2) in the semi-finals of the U/19 EUROPEAN
CHAMPIONSHIPS.
After 120mins, Spain & France went to penalties after finishing 0-0. Spain
played better throughout the official period, as the French went conservative
& stayed back. In the penalties, luck & good shooting went Spains way, as
France missed 2 penalty shots which Asejo, the Spanish goalkeeper, saved
to become the "hereo".

Next Friday: Greece vs Spain in the final of the U/19 European
Championships.
