"Mundo Deportivo" with the following story that has raised a
few eye browses.
According to said daily, FC BARCELONA is weighting up the
possiblity of accepting a "swap" between SAMUEL ETO´O
& INTER MILAN striker ADRIANO. The idea is to get the
funds from the deal & invest it in the HENRY THIERRY
signning, thus doing a two for one operation.
Apparently, Inter representatives put this idea to President
Laporta of Barça last Monday & it has´nt been discounted at
all. However, the obstacule is Eto´o who has said that he is not
going anywhere & is staying at Barça.
Staying at "Camp Barça", young Portugues & OLYMPIQUE DE
LYON midfielder TIAGO has confirmed that he has an offer
from FC BARCELONA. The young star also has on the table
offers from Juventus & Milan.
JUVENTUS & French International
TREZEGUET has announced that he
does not wish to continue next season
with his current club.
This has spurred VALENCIA CF to set
its sight on the 30 year old forward.
However, the 18M€ price tag maybe a
hurdle that Valencia may not jump.
