VILLAREAL, thus leaving the 2º keeper spot open & necessary
to fill to maintain the competition alive & in case Iker Casillas falls
injured.
The person called to fill that spot, seems to be according to "AS",
Polish International & LIVERPOOL goalkeeper DUDEK (pictured).
Apparently, Real Madrid Football Director Mijatovic, has practically
shut the deal with representative & the player. On top of this, Dudek
would come free to Real because he finishes contract with Liverpool on the
30th of June.
However, there are a few "unknowns" before anyone can verify this 100%:
1. Will or will not Capello stay on as coach & if so, will he want Dudek?
2. Mijatovic is in a power struggle with Dierctor General Miguel Angel
Sanchez & he may block the deal.
3. Certain "sectors" at the club dont see this as a positive move.
