MOTOGP CATALUNYA 2007. SPANIARDS HAVE AN "ORDINARY" DAY

Compared to other GPs, Spanish raiders have not dominated as
usual today , even if it was on home ground - Cataluya ( Spain)

In the GP catagory Spaniard DANI PEDROSA finished an admirable
3º , behind Italian Rossi & the winner Casey Stoner from Australia.
It was a "dog-fight" in the last 5 laps , with Rossi getting ahead &
Pedrosa bitting Stoner, however the Australian pulled ahead &
notched out both rivals.
Stoner now pulls aways in the World Championship table after
todays win.
RESULT : 1. C.Stoner (AUS); 2.V.Rossi (ITA); 3. D.Pedrosa (SP)

1. Stoner 153pts ; 2. Rossi 126pts; 3. Pedrosa 98...5.Elias 45pts

Current 250cc World Champion & Spaniard JORGE LORENZO
got his "revenge" after falling in the last lap in the last GP race.
Lorenzo dominated to take the race on "home" turf & extends his

lead over his rivals in the overall points table.
ALVARO BAUTISTA did not do as well this time around only
finishing 5º.
RESULT: 1.J.Lorenzo (SP); 2. De Angelis (SM); Dovizioso (ITA)

In the 125cc catagory the Spanish riders were very unlucky with
FAUBEL falling after Pesek clipped him & GADEA being overtaken

in the last lap to miss podium.
Real happy to see KOYAMA (Jp) win his 1º GP, with a great effort &
a gutsy manoeuver at the end to clinch the race. SFS likes this rider
with "balls" & he finally gets his deserved prize with this win.
