UEFA CUP. SPANISH TEAMS

Four Spanish teams have participated tonight in the 1º leg

games of the UEFA Cup with mixed results.

Current Spanish League leaders SEVILLE FC draw in the
last minute thanks to a penalty. Lucky you may say, but
thats football! The 2º leg way to SHAKHTAR DONETSK
will be a hard match.

ESPANYOL played away at Israel against HAIFA. A boring,
or better said, conservative game leaving it for home in the
2º leg.

CELTA DE VIGO lost at home to a solitary goal against German
side WERDER BREMEN. Tough for the Spanish team that needs
to play well at Bermen in a "hostile" atmosphere.

Lastly, OSASUNA played at Glasgow against RANGERS
& came away with a great away goal.
