GP BIKES & FORMULA 1. SPANISH RIDERS

Spanish sports has several of its sportsmen in action
this weekend in motorsports.

Moto GP is on this weekend - with all 3 catagories - at
Shangai CHINA circuit.
The first free training sessions showed us a very aggressive
Valentino Rossi ( pictured) who took Nº1 position in todays
trials.

It was difficult today, as rain made it extremely slippery &
dangerous for riders to open up the gas.
Spanish riders performance was a mixed bag with many
going to ground. Best placed was Sete Gibernau who finished
4º, which is good, as he likes the wet weather. Other
notable performances by Dani Pedrosa ( pictured below)
who managed a respectable 7º place, which he will attempt
to better tomorrow. See how Spaniards faired below in the
3 catogories.

Formula 1 racing continues this weekend at Montmeló
(Barcelona;SPAIN). Today´s 2 free training sessions saw
Englishman Anthony Davidson take the Nº1 spot, while
Spaniard & local heroe Fernando Alonso managed a good
3rd spot, ahead of rival M.Schumacher who finished 6th for
the day. These are only provisional times, as things will get
serious tomorrow in the Pole qualifying sessions.
