SPANISH FOOTBALL LEAGUE RESULTS - ROUND 32

Interesting end & results in Round 32 of the Spanish Football League 1º Division.

Barça & Real drew, with the latter being overtaken by Valencia who won, causing
a "mini" emergency players meeting at Madrid, they are nervous with Osasuna
breathing down their necks being 1 point away - see below Real Madrid
vs Sociedad match review.

At.Madrid again lost an opportunity
to get close to the Euro zone,
with Espanyol drawing in the last
moment of the match.
This has been occuring all season
which - if taken into account all the
times this has occured - has cost them
around 15 - 18 points.
No one understands the reasons , but
it has halted their progress & has
frustated their followers - I being one of them - all season
Fernando Torres had a bad day.


Osasuna won 2- 1 away from home in the "Navarra region"
DERBY against Alaves. This has put them 1 point behind Real
Madrid & has added pressure in the battle to secure the prized
2º place which has automatic European Cup qualification for
next season. Osasuna player Webo ( pictured) scored along
with Milosevic giving the tranquility needed throughtout the
game , before Alaves through Bodipo managed to pull one
back in the final minute.



Barcelona visited Racing & managed the get a 2-2 draw in a
tough match, with Pujol being given a RED card. Hendrick Larsson
(pictured) scored the 1º goal showing us that he is a "panther"
in the goal area. Racing reacted quickly scoring 2 goals , but
Camaroon International & Barça striker Samuel Eto´o equalled
with a splendid goal.
There were again some "incidents" with reference to Eto´o , but
Samuel did provoke them, as he has done in our ocassions. This
goes out to our International readers, as many of the "conflicts"
are exaggeranted & distorted - although few are indeed true.
