ATLETICO DE MADRID: GOALKEEPER ASENJO SIGNS FOR 4 YEARS
Spanish sports paper “Marca” has announced it via its digital
edition. Young VALLADOLID goalkeeper SERGIO ASENJO will
be an ATLETICO DE MADRID player next season as he has committed
himself for the next 4 years. The 19 year old & Spanish U/21
International goalkeeper has turned down offers from FC Barcelona,
Villareal & Premier League teams to take up the Atletico challenge.
The operation is around 4M€ plus two players who may come
out of this list: Valeria, Cleber Santana, Miguel de la Cuevas or
Diego Costa…etc. Current goalie LEO FRANCO plays his last game
tomorrow for Atletico before going to Turkish team GALATASARAY
next season.
