SPANISH FOOTBALL TEAM | FINAL LIST OF 23 PLAYERS FOR WORLD CUP 2018

Spanish National Team Coach & Selector Julen Lopetegui has announced this afternoon the definitive & final list of the 23 players that will make up the Spain Football Team-Squad for the upcoming World Cup Russia 2018.

The "novelties" are the call up of defenders Nacho Monreal of Arsenal & Odriozola of Real Sociedad, over Marcos Alonso, Sergi Roberto & Alvaro Morata. The absence of Alvaro Morata is perhaps the most talked about as the Chelsea FC player has been an integrate part of the Spanish Football Team in the classification stage. However, the lack of playing time at Chelsea FC may have influenced in the final decision swaying towards more "in form" forwards.
