It´s official, Spanish Football Club Atletico de Madrid has paid the 36,75M€ contract release clause to Porto to do with the services of Colombian International striker Jackson Martinez. The deal was shut 2 weeks ago but negotiations continued between Clubs because Porto wanted to include in the operation young Atletico Madrid midfielder Oliver. Finally the Spanish Club decided not to deal with Oliver & paid the "full price".
The Colombian signs with Atletico de Madrid for the next 4 seasons & is currently enjoying his vacations after participating in the recent South America Cup with his Nation. The Spanish Club will soon fix a date to present officially to media their new player.
