Apart from last years Final where Real Madrid scored via Sergio Ramos in the last second to force extra-time & later win 4 - 1, Atletico de Madrid has not lost to Real Madrid this season & one can say that Coach Simeone has the "psychological" upper-hand on Coach Ancelotti.
However, lets be realistic, Football has´nt a past & anything could occur in the present. One of the pre-match talking points & speculations is the possible starting 11 team line-ups.

Atletico de Madrid : Oblak, Juanfran, Miranda, Godin, Gamez, Mario, Gabi, Koke, Arda, Griezmann & Mandzukic.
Real Madrid: Casillas, Carvajal, Pepe, Ramos, Marcelo, Kroos, Modric, James, Bale, Benzema & Cristiano Ronaldo
On paper the speculated line-ups look reasonable with perhaps a doubt in Atletico if Tiago is more suited to Mario.
We will all be out of any doubt 45 mins before kick off when teams hand in their official starting line-ups list.
