ALESSIO CERCI CLOSE TO ATLETICO DE MADRID ACCORDING TO ITALIAN PRESS

While the name of German International & Borussia Dortmund midfielder Marco Reus ignited the local Spanish Football scene with the speculation yesterday that Atletico de Madrid may have shut his signing, today that bubble may have burst for another name. A more realist player, Italian International & Torino midfielder 27 year old Alessio Cerci. 

Italian Sports paper "Gazetta dello Sport" announces that Atletico de Madrid is very close to shutting the signing & transfer of the Italian player with Torino. The figures are dancing between 16 - 20M€ & here is were the negotiations are getting serious but about to be solved.

Atletico de Madrid has not confirmed nor have they denied their interest in Cerci but its well known in Football circles that Clubs have been negotiating these last weeks. The Italian media & Sports press are adamant that the deal will end well & Cerci be made official soon as new Atletico de Madrid player. If this is true & becomes a reality we may also concluded that Atletico de Madrid has closed its squad for 2014-2015 with an extraordinary effort & Investments of more than 100M€.
