SPANISH FOOTBALL LIGA ROUND 30 THURSDAY GAMES RESULTS

Last four matches scheduled of Spanish Football Liga Round 30 played this Thursday Night with the following final results - scores & goalscorers.

Liga 2014

Madrid Club Getafe lost at home 0 - 1 to Villarreal. The winner came in the 5th min from Perbet. Getafe has not managed a win in the last 15 Rounds this is a terrible run & can only lead to classification troubles & a future in the Spanish 2ยบ Division.

REAL SOCIEDAD 2014

Real Sociedad won 1 - 0 Real Valladolid with a 23rd min goal from Mexican Carlos Vela. The result for Valladolid is not good at all as they too are dangerously close to relegation. Real Sociedad will be relatively happy as their objective are the Euro positions of the classification table were there is stiff competition.

REAL BETIS 2014

The bottom placed side Real Betis showed its teeth & flaming hopes of staying in Liga next season putting in a courageous 1 - 3 win over Levante. Real Betis went ahead first in the 11th min through Salva Sevilla , but was answered with a Diop equalizer in the 24th min. But Real Betis seemed to want the victory more & Molina scored in the 68th min & Ruben Castro sealed the three points with a third in the 76th min. As they say..."where there is hope...".

ALMERIA 2014

Another Club fighting for their Liga life is Almeria which made a fantastic comeback against Valencia ( down 2 goals ) to equalize the game 2 - 2. Desperate stuff from the bottom placed teams this Round & the opposition all felt their fighting spirit.

Valencia got ahead with an increible Keita goal in the 8th second!!!. A terrible back pass from a Almeria defender to his goalie saw Keita steal & score. Valencia later went two up with a Vargas goal in the 34th min & it looked like clear sailing.

But Almeria had more desperation & pulled one back through Oscar Diaz in the 53rd min & Corona grabbed the draw a minute later ( yes, the 54th min ). Until the end it was tooth & nail Football.
