Granada won Malaga FC 3 -1 on Friday Night & took the three points thanks to the Hat-Trick by El Arabi. Granada took advantage of numerous defensive errors that Malaga Coach Bernd Schuster cannot be happy at all about & will need to urgently find solutions. Cristiano Ronaldo is a goal scoring machine. The Portuguese signed another Hat-Trick, his second in a row at the "Santiago Bernabeu Staduim" & the third of the season. Real Sociedad did not exist in the first half finishing with a 4 - 0 scoreline after 45mins. Benzema (Ronaldo set-up) and Khedira (Bale set-up) completed the other goals for Real Madrid, while Real Sociedad Frenchman Griezmann scored the consolation goal. The return of Real Madrid midfielder Xabi Alonso - who started - gives the team the missed equilibrium of past games between the forwards & the defence, his interventions are noted, appreciated & almost vital for Real Madrid. Relatively boring encounter between Madrid Club Getafe & Elche. The main highlights were the goals scored by each, the first a "power driver" by Pedro Leon to put ahead Getafe & the 61st min equalizer header by on-loan from Milan player Boakye. Final score 1 -1 draw.
Athletic Club Bilbao had to make a last period comeback to defeat Levante 2 - 1 & keep them undefeated at home this season. Levante went ahead first in the 33rd min thanks to a goal from Barral. Bilbao Coach Valverde then changed his team around in the second half & brought on the later goalscorers. The equalizer came from a grand volley from Mikel Rico in the 72nd min & the winner from a Aduriz header in the 84th min. Aduriz later got a red card in the 91 st min for a "supposed aggression" on Levante midfielder Simao Mate. Final result : 3-1 to Athletic Bilbao.
Celta de Vigo hosted Madrid Club Rayo Vallecano & lost 0 - 2. Missed chances by the locals & some good Football from the visitors, with goals from inform player Jonathan Viera in the 24th min & Larrivey in the 72nd min. Rayo plays good Football but has been unlucky in past weeks or have not been able to finish their created plays. Tonight things got into place for Rayo & things worked out.
