According to Barcelona based Spanish Sports paper "Sport" , the 28 year old Danish International & Liverpool FC defender Daniel Agger is currently the best positioned for Barça. This option is not new at all as it was seriously considered months back & reported here as well.
The Agger option would bring Barça experience & what is also important an accessible price tag. The speculated price of the transfer would be around 20M€ which maybe negotiated downward as the player soon end contract.
Meanwhile, as one would expect, Barça has other names up their sleeves in case things go wrong: Kompany ( Man City ), Jan Vertonghen (Tottenham Hotspurs) & Thomas Vermaelen (Arsenal FC). Stay tuned!
