Today the venue & date of the Spanish Cup ( Copa del Rey ) Final between Real Madrid & Atletico de Madrid was announced: Friday 17 th of May, city of Madrid at the "Santiago Bernabeu".
This is a good reason to post a Spanish Football Sports Flashback to remember & watch on video the last time Real Madrid & Atletico de Madrid played a Spanish Cup Final at the same Satdium back in 1992.
In that final Atletico Madrid won 2 - 0 Real Madrid with goals from Schuster & Futre. Magnificent victory on the home turf of the city rival. Make sure you watch the video & both goals, they are both absolutely outstanding. Schuster was entering the twilight of his career after playing at FC Barcelona & Real Madrid, while Futre was at his height.
Being an Atletico follower, this video is full of emotions. From a personal perspective I hope it can be repeated again in May. Enjoy!
