If Godin finally does leave Atletico de Madrid has put its eye on ZENIT & Portuguese International 30 year old experienced defender BRUNO ALVES. The players Football representative Jorge Mendes ( also for Cristiano Ronaldo, Pepe, Falcao...etc) is working to get "his man" to Spanish Football. The only possible obstacle could be the current salary of Alves which is said to be around the 2,5M€ / season, an amount which is relatively steep for Atletico which has been fighting to steady the Clubs long-term debt problem.
The players salary level could be adhered too if the transfer fee from the Russian Club is not too high & compensates.
