ATLETICO DE MADRID SIGNS CRISTIAN RODRIGUEZ OF OPORTO

SPANISH FOOTBALL Club ATLETICO DE MADRID has announced via its Web that the Club has signed 26 year old Uruguayan International & OPORTO forward/winger CRISTIANO RODRIGUEZ.

The player comes with an Italian passport & what is more important , free of transfer fee as his contract with Oporto ends this season. Rodriguez will sign a contract for the next four seasons after his duties with the Uruguayan squad are done. Uruguay has World Cup 2014 qualifiers against Venezuela & Peru.
