FOOTBALL FINANCE | REAL MADRID - FC BARCELONA TOP RICH CLUBS IN WORLD FOOTBALL

Prestigious American Financial magazine "Forbes" has released its list of the "Worlds Richest Football Clubs". Taking into account the main accounting factors like income ( all sources, from TV, merchandising, spectators...etc), costs & current debt the "bottom line" balance sheets puts English Club MANCHESTER UNITED in the Nº1 spot. The British pound exchange rates may have helped give the Club a lift, but that does take away the magnitude of the Clubs figures.

Two Spanish Football Clubs are close behind in second & third place, which are REAL MADRID & FC BARCELONA respectively. As you can see the figures are huge for the Top 5 Clubs, as the are in the billions, not millions.
