Another young SPANISH FOOTBALL pearl leaves for foreign shores to build upon his talents & hopefully begin a solid Football career. This time English Premier League Club MANCHESTER CITY has paid 3M€ to REAL MADRID for POZO . The U-17 Spanish International is in England but cannot play due to the fact that he is only 15 years old & needs to wait until he reaches 16 years according to English FA rules. Pozo will celebrate that "long awaited" date on the 3rd of March.
Pozo
Pozo joins a growing list of young Spanish Football talents that are leaving Spain & concretely going to English Football : Bellerín (17 years, Arsenal), Ayala (20 years, Norwich), Ignasi Miquel (19 years, Arsenal), Toral (16 years, Arsenal), Román (18 years, Manchester City) y Suso (18 years, Liverpool).
Spain was until recent years mainly an "importing" Football nation , now it is increasing becoming a mayor "exporter" of Football talent. Tweet
Putting my grain of sand to help contribute in expanding Spanish Football - Soccer | Sports abroad. An ex-amateur Footballer long ago - alias Striker - is now a fan that has the game embedded in his Football - Soccer Sports heart.
