REAL MADRID - SERGIO AGUERO | OFFER 28M€ + ALVARO NEGREDO ?

The connection REAL MADRID - SERGIO AGUERO intensifies on a daily basis even though it still is on the rumour level. Spanish Sports paper "Marca" - with a reputation of exaggerating & looking for exclusives at all costs: real or false - publish on their front cover that Real Madrid has "prepared" a package to offer ATLETICO DE MADRID for forward SERGIO AGUERO. According to the "spot light" hungry Spanish Football daily,  Real Madrid will offer 28M€ in cash plus Sevilla FC forward ALVARO NEGREDO whom the Madrid Club has a buying option of 17M€. Thus the total value of the operation is 45M€ which is the contract release clause of the Atletico de Madrid player.

As mentioned you need to take this news piece with a grain of salt. Does Altletico really wish Negredo? Is this a common "Marca" stunt of selling papers & being the "talk of the town" today"?

What I can say with some degree of certainty at this point of time about Atletico de Madrid is:
1. Diego Forlan will leave & be sold at the end of the season
2. Sergio Aguero going to Real Madrid is a real & strong option that is gaining strength in all & from all local media sources
3. If 1 & 2 are correct, Atletico will need a class forward to fill the gap

Whether Real Madrid is in the "box seat" or not & whether they will pay X with player Y - is all specualtion & rumour at this stage of the season. Stay tuned ....! Tweet
