Inter Milan had lost Thiago Motta to a red card & was down with 10 men, Mourinho went up to Barça Coach Guardiola, who was giving instructions to Ibrahimovic & said the following in his ear:
"In normal conditions (without the Red Card) we will be Champions”
Portuguese TV did the “lip reading” service.
Other "unofficial" sources interpret the lip moving into :
"This way things are easy isn't it"
Question of the direct translation I suppose, but the message is clear on both counts.

This is going to be the most tactical and boring final in years, I hope the special one turns out to be Van Gaal.
Each know there weakness, & will have to play with their strenght...Germans I suppose counter-attack via wings (Robben) ...& Inter strong defence & wait their chance...
Inter and Munich, its a tricky one...but with an attacking mind and already qualified German League Champions...have enough time to prepare mentally for the game...Italians on the other hand are still fighting AS Roma for the title and yet find out about there fate in Copa Italia..so Mentally Bayern, Tactically Inter...I would not be surprised that the final goes into penalty shoot..which is highly likely...;)
