This is the French goal from Gallas that eliminated a brave Ireland
side from the 2010 World Cup:
(LOWER THE VOLUMEN!, incident replay 1.15min)
Two points:
1. There was off-side
2. Thierry Henry handled the ball twice.
According to the player:
“Yes it was handball, evidently I would have wished
it to be differently, but I am not the referee”
It is perfectly possible that both linesman & referee did not see clearly
the handball due to there angle of vision & players blocking their view.
So what now? SFS suggests that FIFA ban THIERRY from International
Football for the next 4 – 6 games. That should be fair right?
If not, FIFA´s preaching has little credibility, as this was outright
scandalous. Mr.Blatter & Mr. Platini do you have something to add?

Ban? He didn't miss the call...that would be f'ing stupid. Why don't we start banning everyone for every penalty. I mean let's not even give out yellow or red cards, let's just kick someone from the game and ban them for life. Get better refs...it isn't his fault.
Im Irish, I slept very badly last night - Still cant believe that there is no official mention of the incident by FIFA...
Nobody in IReland will be using Gillette products anymore or anything endorsed by that cheat!
Fairplay, sportmanship...remember those words Anonymous II?
Forget the handball, it was OFF SIDE beforehand!
lets not forget france deserved a penalty when Given fouled anelka in the second half, had it been given there wouldnt be this situation. As Roy Keane said what goes around comes around. Irish got a penalty agaisnt Georgia which they didnt deserve. and won that game. So whts that? Wasnt that cheatin? Ban that cheater too. Get over it.
SFS only asks the question... it leaves the rest of readers to get over it or not.
