SPANISH 2º DIVISION: TENERIFE, REAL ZARAGOZA & XEREZ GO UP TO "LA LIGA" NEXT SEASON

With one more round of the Spanish 2º Division left to be played
next week, the three teams that will go up to the "LIGA" - 1º
Division next season have been decided this afternoon.

They are TENERIFE, REAL ZARAGOZA & XEREZ (Jerez)









Xerez defeated 3-1 Huesca to secure their 3º spot, with Hercules
missing out. Zaragoza beat 3-1 Cordoba to get the promotion ticket
& 2º Division leaders Tenerife beat away 0-1 Girona.

Remember from "La Liga" - 1º Division - the three teams relegated
to 2º Division were Numancia, Recreativo de Huelva & Real Betis. Tweet
