MOTO GP JEREZ (SPAIN) 2009: SPANIARDS PLAY "SECOND FIDDLE" IN ALL 3 CATAGORIES

Moto Gp of the highest level today at the Jerez circuit in Spain.
Great racing in all three catagories in front of more than 124,000

people cheering their racing heroes, with Spanish raiders taking
second place in the 125cc, 250cc & Gp catagories.

























Italian World Champion Valentino Rossi won todays Spanish Moto
Gp
after overtaking Spanish ace DANI PEDROSA who lead most of
the race who finished second.The third place went to Casey Stoner
with Spanish pre-race "fancy" Jorge Lorenzo falling in his attempt to
take over Stoner.

Moto Gp World Championship points standing:
1. Rossi 65 pts; 2.Stoner 54; 3. Lorenzo 41 & 4. Pedrosa 41.

























Spanish 250cc rider ALVARO BAUTISTA (image) came in second
after Japenese raider & current World points leader Aoyama
brilliantly
overtook the Spaniard in the last lap to win. Italian Marco
Simoncelli
was third & Spanish rider Hector Barbara fourth.

250cc World Championship points standing:

1. Aoyama 58pts; 2.Bautista 54; 3.Barbara 43



















Great race from young British rider B.SMITH (image) with his gutsy
victory today in the 125cc catagory over Spaniard GADEA & another
Spaniard in third place MARQUEZ

1. Iannone 37,5; 2. Smith 36,5; 3. Espargaro 31,5
